We offer indoor and outdoor options for many classes and encourage you to practice where you are most comfortable. Pre-registration is required to attend all classes.

*NEW Cancellation Policy: Updog Yoga does not penalize you for late cancels. Stuff happens from time to time so cancel your class if needed or SHOW UP, MOVE & BREATHE.  No show fee is $20.  In the event of rain, you may want to shift your spot around and come inside.  If you are not sure what to do regarding weather, just come along and we will find you a spot for you on the covered deck or the indoor. Please Note: Classes may be moved at any time to a different studio indoors or outdoors based on weather and capacity.
