Annie Clark
Annie's classes highlight many of the most fundamental poses of yoga. At the same time, students of all levels can find themselves challenged and changed through her clear and direct instruction. Annie's classes embody the yoga spirit and are crafted with love and kindness.
Annie believes that yoga can be the constant for busy people to connect to their strength, balance and nourish their spirit. Her classes emphasize the rhythmic connection between breath and movement to help students release the mind, find some balance (or at least a sense of humor) and to heat up from the inside out. Be prepared to sweat, challenge yourself and find your optimal alignment in each pose.
