Keep yourself in balance by adding a yin-style class to your weekly routine! Join Catherine Miller for Stretch Release Restore, a format that combines the practices of Yin Yoga and myofascial release. We’ll focus on enhancing flexibility while nourishing our joints and connective tissue. We use props including blankets, blocks, bolsters, straps, and myofascial release balls to deepen and support the stretches and promote the release of trigger points and stress. An added bonus - downregulation of your nervous system! Join her every Sunday and Wednesday for this rejuvenating and restorative class appropriate for all levels of students.

Step into stillness. Join Sue Webb for this unique class, offering 20 minutes of breath work (pranayama), a calming body scan meditation, and ending with a deeply relaxing 20-minute sound bath savasana. It’s an all-in-one experience designed to help you relax, release tension, and restore balance.
